  A great little cafe, part of this remote fishing village's cooperative and cultural center. Next door is a big wharf where boats unload and reefer trucks idle. There's an art gallery, classrooms, a small stage, etc.
  CONS:
  The outdoor dining includes fish smells from the boats.
  The WiFi costs $5.00 and it's slow. (Did I mention the place is remote?)
  The waitresses can be a little slow.
  They don't speak much English.
  PROS:
  Fresh fish.
  Excellent cooking.
  Authentic Gaspe experience.
  Friendly, welcoming people.
  Reasonable prices.
  Right on the St. Lawrence - you can listen to the waves while you dine and practice your French.
  In short, this place is perfect.

  After some fine but more expensive meals in Perce, it was a real pleasure to experience the food and service here. The gaspesian sausage and seafood gratin were "parfait" - excellent food and value, and great service, very gracious.
